What to expect.
We would love to be the space you choose to host your upcoming celebration or event. At the Lodge on Main, located in the heart of beautiful Broken Arrow Rose District, you will find an inviting, comfortable atmosphere for up to 96 guests to make lasting memories.
Working with you from the start, we will learn all the details to help set the stage for your unique occasion.
Tables and chairs will be set up per your arrangement specifications, so that when you arrive, you can get right to adding any special touches you bring to personalize your celebration.
Our friendly staff will be on site to help with any questions or assistance you may need.

Bartending
The Lodge is fully equipped to handle all of your bartending needs. Our bartending staff will take excellent care of you and your guests through the event .
Due to licensing regulations, outside alcohol or beverages are not permitted.
We offer a fine selection of Oklahoma craft beers and domestics on tap, bottled beers, wine, and a full cocktail bar.
Bar Service Details:
Bar Service pricing includes bar setup and breakdown, staffing, licensing, insurance, glassware, and operational costs.
Please Note:
Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks. Gratuity is customary and handled by guests.
Open/Host Bar & Partial/Combination Host Bar: A 20% gratuity is required and will be added to the hosted alcohol tab at the end of the event to ensure fair compensation for bartending staff.
Additional Option:
Available for an additional fee
Let our talented and creative Bar Manager, Avery, design a customized printed specialty cocktail menu to match your event theme or the person(s) you are celebrating.

We have excellent partners to work with to help you create a delicious menu to keep you and your guests satisfied.

Note: Our trusted caterers for private events held at the Lodge on Main, will take excellent care of you to make a custom menu for your group. You are always welcome to bring in cakes and desserts of your choice.
Our venue rental price posted shows the slightly discounted rate when you opt using our contracted partners. Please inquire, for pricing should you wish to bring in your own catering.

Venue Rental Details
For all Booked events at the Lodge on Main, please note the start and end rental time you book is the time you enter for set up to the time you and your guests depart. This means the rental hours you book include set up/decorating, the event itself, and tear down/ removal time for all personal items, decorations and food that you and your party wish to bring in.
No glitter, confetti, bubbles, or silly string inside . For candles you will need to use Battery powered candles instead of lighted. ( with the exception of birthday cake candles)

PRIVATE EVENT PRICING
Monday through Wednesday:
4-hour rental — $400
4-hour rental with Bar Service** — $600
Thursday, Friday, Saturday:
4-hour rental — $700
4-hour rental with Bar Service** — $900*

Sunday:
4-hour rental — $500
4-hour rental with Bar Service** — $700

CORPORATE MEETING DAY RENTAL
Monday–Wednesday:
Full day (8 AM–4 PM) — $500
4-hour rental — $350
Thursday–Friday:
Inquire for availability and pricing

ADDITIONAL FEES & INFORMATION
Venue Rental with Outside Catering:
All pricing above reflects our discounted rates using preferred caterers. If you choose outside catering or bring your own, a $50 venue rental increase will apply.
Minimum Beverage Requirement:
Private events, with or without Bar Service, occurring after 4 PM Thursday–Saturday require a minimum beverage purchase of $1,000 in addition to the event rental fee. If the event beverage tab is under this amount, the host is responsible for the difference. A credit card must be placed on file with Bartending staff at the beginning of the event.
Deposit & Payment:
The Lodge on Main requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your desired date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
