We would love to be the space you choose to host your upcoming celebration or event. At the Lodge on Main, located in the heart of beautiful Broken Arrow Rose District, you will find an inviting, comfortable atmosphere for up to 96 guests to make lasting memories.

We can accommodate up to 96 guests at our welcoming venue.
We will work with you from the start, to learn the details you desire to set the stage for your special event.
Tables and chairs will be set up per your arrangement specifications, so that when you arrive, you can get right to adding any special touches you bring to personalize your celebration.
Staff will be on site to help with any questions or assistance you may need.

PRIVATE EVENT PRICING:
Sunday - Wednesday: 4 hour rental $400
Thursday- Saturday: 4 hour rental $500
Additional hours may be added on, contact for more information.
WEDDING/REHEARSAL DINNER/RECEPTION PRICING:
Full day rental- 12 Hours $1,500
Evening or day rental- 6 hours- $800
ADDITIONAL FEES & INFORMATION:
Bartending/Staff Service Fee: $200 (required on all rentals, private and wedding related where bartending staff is needed).
Minimum Beverage Requirement:
Private & Wedding related events occurring after 4pm Thursday thru Friday OR after 2pm on Saturday require a minimum beverage purchase requirement of $1,000 in addition to the event rental fee.
If the event beverage tab is under this amount you will be responsible for the difference. A credit card must be placed on file with Bartending Staff at beginning of event.
Setup/Teardown: For all Booked events at the Lodge on Main, please note your rental time includes any set up/decorating and tear down/ removal time for all personal items that you and your party wish to bring in.
Non-refundable deposit: The Lodge on Main requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for all events, due upon booking to hold your desired date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

The Lodge is fully equipped to handle your bartending needs.
Due to licensing regulations, alcohol or outside beverages are not allowed.
We have a fine selection of Oklahoma Craft beers, and Domestics on tap, but would love to talk to you about what beer, wine or specialty drink(s) you want served at your event.
For all events with bartending there will be a Bartending Service fee of $200.

Note: We exclusively work with our trusted caterers for all events held at the Lodge on Main. However, you are welcome to bring in cakes and desserts of your choice.
